New reporting requirement for 2016
The Affordable Health Care Act (ACA) requires a report to the IRS this year for employers with over 50 employees. Our tax update allows for a quick and easy way to enter and print this data onto the proper Form 1095C that go to both the employees and to the IRS. We also furnish the IRS transmittal Form1094C.
For employers with over 250 employees, the IRS requires electronic reporting. This electronic transmission has several layers of sophistication that is well beyond our expertise and requires a 3rd party to handle this.
